I (a client) paid for an international seminar that was cancelled due to covid. It included accommodation and several days of teaching.
Unfortunately covid happened and everything went to shit.
The company I paid to is refusing to refund because the hotel they booked with refuses to refund them due to change in management.
The seminar company basically told me, "the hotel will not refund us therefore we cannot transfer you your refund".
I've spoken to other people and it sounds like this seminar company went bankrupt….
What can I do?
