Saw the post about going out for walks vs running and wanted to throw in my own experience. Learn from my mistakes. If you’re a couch potato or desk jockey and decided to start walking to get exercise skip the unwarranted pains by stretching beforehand. I experienced lower back and foot/Achilles pain.
