So i’m a bit stuck on whats my next step for growing my business.
Background: I currently own a small plastic injection business. I have 3-4 employees that run themselves for the most part. I have a large enough space to expand for the future with upgraded machinery.
My problem is I don’t have enough time to grow my business because I am so busy managing the entire company. Payroll, buying supplies, dealing with distributors, invoicing billing, making the products, managing the machines, creating packaging etc etc.
I feel as if My business doesnt have a structure/ hierarchy. For example workers > manager >CEO
What am I doing wrong, who should I hire to take some work off my plate to help me focus more on the business.
