Skiplagged got me questioned at the gate?

Skiplagged got me questioned at the gate?

Travel
Hey what up everyone, just a quick question as I encountered an interesting situation at the airport tonight. So I’ve been using Skiplagged for the last year and have probably used it 15+ times. I’m aware that they advise against using it so often. Anyway, last night I’m trying to check into my flight home from PHX to LAX, it takes me through the process then tells me unable to complete check in. Fast forward to an hour ago when I get to the airport. I do the kiosk check in and it tells me unable to process request so they send me to customer service. The lady at American proceeds to ask me all types of questions, I tell her I have a flight to LAX, then to DFW then to SD ... obviously Skiplagged, told her it was for work though. She confirms a 2nd time asking me if I’m certain I am taki...

Trans and travelling questions?

Trans and travelling questions?

Travel
Hello, I am a 21 year old trans girl from Canada who loves to travel. Pre transition I travelled frequently, did a working holiday visa in Australia for awhile and backpacked a lot of the south pacific. Im considering doing a working holiday visa in New Zealand post pandemic. I'm wondering if anyone in here is trans and has travelled long term? Where did you go and what worked for you? Im worried about access to hrt being away from home for a long period of time. Has anyone ever had to access hrt in another country while travelling for 6 months or more? I know a lot of countries only allow you to bring around 90 days worth with you which really would limit my long term travel plans. submitted by /u/WavyAvery1999 [link] [comments]

My partner and I are planning a road trip for this coming august. We’ve got one way tickets to Austin, TX and then another one way ticket back home out of Salt Lake City, UT, two weeks later. Sooo, my fellow travelers, what the heck should we hit up?! Was thinking: Austin, TX for a few days (we have some friends there), start driving west to the Texas/New Mexico/Arizona Border - not exactly sure wtf we should here; heard good things about Tucson, then Flagstaff, AZ - Grand Canyon, Coconino NP, Sedona, ???; then up to Utah, Zion NP (omg my dream come true! suggestions with places to stay plz), Bryce Canyon NP, ???, and then our trip will conclude in Salt Lake. I’ll gladly take any recommendations I can get on what to see, if we should change/do anything else, National park suggestions, tips...

HELP! Never traveled before. Want to see snow (in the south US)!

Getting married in Feb and we want a relatively-close-to-home snowy getaway honeymoon! Ideally, I want to wake up every morning or fall asleep every night to falling snow. Open the doors up and see nothing but snow covered trees, something like that! The problem is, I've never traveled before, so I know nothing about where it snows, and my fiancé has been to Colorado dozens of times so he doesn't want to go there, which is making this difficult! Another caveat is that we will be driving, so we'd like to keep the drive close to 10-11 hours since we can't take too many days off work. We are in Texas, which is apparently the worst place on earth to find snow within driving distance. I cannot find anything online besides possible snow in places in NM or AZ. I want for-sure ...
