Volunteer Opportunities that allow you to travel?

Volunteer Opportunities that allow you to travel?

I’m looking for opportunities to travel the country (I’m in the US) I know One Tree Planted does things like this where their volunteers (or workers... not sure what they are) get to travel the country in a van planting trees. I want to do something like this but don’t know what kinds of opportunities are out there? Does anyone know of any organizations that do this? submitted by /u/Vegetable-Chain [link] [comments]
Itinerary Review – 5 weeks in Greece

Itinerary Review – 5 weeks in Greece

Hi travelers, I’ve been working on an itinerary to potentially visit Greece this summer. All my bookings are open to changes or free cancellations in case Greece tourism doesn’t reopen this summer for vaccinated US citizens. Most of the itineraries I’ve seen online don’t consider remote work (which is my case). They only assume you are on vacation and have all day to travel, wish I don’t have. That’s the reason I’m traveling slow, making sure I’m not jumping too much. The questions I have: Is the amount of time allocated to each place ok? Would you change or add something Where would you consider renting a car or scooter (if any)? Best way to navigate the Athens>Meteora>Corfu section of my trip. I heard mixed reviews car vs train vs bus vs plane. (Really stuck on this one) This i...

Trip for 2 to 24 year olds in September of 2021 to the beach

I never traveled as a child. I never went on a plane. Now that I'm older and I have some money I want to do something fun for my birthday. I want to see the ocean and I want to enjoy the beach with attractions at said beach so I don't have to drive or rent car. Here's some details: 2 adults 24yrs old, my bf and I Sept 1-5 2021, include the 2nd because that's my birthday. It can be less than 4 nights Under $1300 preferably for 2 (plane round trip and hotel or airbnb) I can probably figure out my flight situation. From Columbus, OH to preferably in the United States East Coast Any advice is appreciated. Thanks submitted by /u/Photophobee [link] [comments]

Needing a Vacation — but where to go!

Hey there, I am looking for recommendations that would work well for a family of 3 (25+ and 4yrs) We're needing a vacation after everything, and we're (adults) both vaccinated. Only USA bound, but I'm thinking Hawaii or Miami, can I get advice on either or? Thank you! submitted by /u/zemexa [link] [comments]
Can I buy an airplane ticket with flexible dates?

Can I buy an airplane ticket with flexible dates?

Travel
Hi! I know this is a weird question but I'm having trouble finding more information about it. So let's say I'm traveling from country X to country Y and returning and I'm not 100% sure about my schedule. If so, is there a way to buy a flight ticket that gives me the chance to have multiple departures and return dates? For example, let's say I was planning to go on 1st Aug and return on 15th Aug, but my schedule changed and after I made my departure(from X to Y) I want to return (from Y to X) earlier so I get on a flight of the 7th and head back home. Is this a possibility? I really appreciate the help! submitted by /u/pikapikachuu213123 [link] [comments]
