Car loan without reporting cash tips

Hey guys, one of my goals here in the next month is to buy a car. I have great credit and I recently became a server at the restaurant I was working for and am now making a lot more money than before. That being said, none of my coworkers claim their cash tips and since I'm looking to buy a car next month, I was wondering what the best route to take might be. I could show bank statements with deposits, plus my checks with credit card tips. It just obviously won't be a lot. Or maybe I should just claim some of my tips until then. I don't know how the process goes when it comes to buying a car. Any advice?
